‘Mutya’ Says Goodbye to Being a Mermaid?

PGT grand finalist Alakim enteres the world of "Mutya."

Will Mutya’s prayer be heard? Will she be able to take her first step on the ground?

In the coming episodes of the high-rating series “Mutya,” a big change will happen in the life of the cutest mermaid on television as Alakim, one of the grand finalists of Pilipinas Got Talent season one, steps on the world of “Mutya.”

“Abangan niyo ang magiging papel ko dito,” expressed by the famous magician. “Pribilehiyo po para sa akin ang mapasama sa isa sa mga pinaka-pinapanood na serye sa bansa kaya masayang-masaya po ako,” he added.

Meanwhile, ‘Mutya’ continues to reign on its timeslot. According to Kantar Media’s data last Friday (February 25), ‘Mutya’ earned a high of 32.2% national rating drowning its rival program ‘Dwarfina’ which only garnered a rating of 16.8%.

Will ‘Mutya’ finally say goodbye to being a mermaid? What will be Alakim’s role in the life of ‘Mutya’? Fish for the answer this week in “Mutya” after TV Patrol on ABS-CBN.

    Leadership in primetime is important for a TV network because it has the most number of viewers.

    ABS-CBN Corporation, the country’s largest multimedia conglomerate, widened its lead over rival TV stations in February with a 41% audience share on primetime (6PM-12MN).
    Data from Kantar Media/TNS show that ABS-CBN improved its primetime audience share last month to enjoy a ten-point lead over GMA Network’s 31% and more than twice the audience share of ABC TV5’s 16%.
