Both GMA and ABS-CBN had an interview with AGB Nielsen's lawyer Atty. Francisco Rivera Friday afternoon. In TV Patrol World, Jing Castañeda reported that Atty. Rivera confirmed that based from AGB's own investigation, GMA was mentioned as the station who contacted the panel homes in Vizayas. In 24 Oras, Sandra Aguinaldo reported Atty. Rivera's statement as follows: "The name GMA was mentioned by ABS-CBN corporation and its complaint. The complaint of ABS-CBN included an affidavit from a certain Mark Dumago and it is the affidavit that submitted by ABS-CBN which named GMA as the one involved."
