Jimmy Arguello and Faina Savich – Eliminated in So You Think You Can Dance

The bottom six dancers performed solo routines in front of the judges. Jessi Peralta danced to “Hurts So Bad” by Kina. Although Jessi is a good technical dancer, she looked disoriented with her solo routine. Pasha Kovalev danced to “Ain’t Nothing Wrong With That” by Robert Randolph & The Family Band. He's Russian that's why he's good in ballroom with a partner. However, he looked vunerable dancing solo, exactly like last year's Dmitri and last last year's Russian contestant (i fogot his name). But Pasha is making an effort to enhance his solo and he surely has a lot of promise. Shauna Noland danced to “Everything” by Lifehouse. She's the star of the night. Her solo routine was amazing and the crowd loved it. Jimmy Arguello danced to “Veins” by Charlotte Martin. Technically speaking, Jimmy did nothing wrong with his performances last week and last night. I think he's better than Cedric. Faina Savich danced to “Do You Love Me” by The Contours. Faina is also Russian, and as expected, she looked vunerable without a partner. Cedric Gardner danced to “Hide And Seek” by Imogen Heap. They said his moves were unique, i don't see it. Just a thought: What is it about Russians that they lose their magic whenever they're dancing solo? And what did they see with Cedric? I really don't get it. He caused Ricky's ouster last week, and now Jimmy's. Nigel Lythgoe announced that Faina Savich and Jimmy Arguello is eliminated. He warned Cedric that if he finds himself in the bottom 3 again next week, he will no longer support him. Watch the top 18 perform a group dance to the choreography of Wade Robson after the jump...

The wackiest reaction of the night goes to Dominic and Sabra after learning that they were safe:
