2007 RP's Sexiest Men Update (Our Top 50 after the jump): Sam Milby is currently leading the poll among the list of more than 170 pinoy hunks with 103 votes or 8%.

Enchong Dee is trailing behind Sam with 72 votes and currently on 3rd position is Piolo Pascual with 70 votes. Billy Crawford ranks 4th with 62 votes and Alfred Vargas completes the top 5 with 58 votes.

Alfred Vargas is the highest ranked Kapuso star while another Tall Dark and Handsome hunk Zanjoe Marudo is very close behind him with 56 votes and good for 6th place.

We will now trim the list to 50. The top 50 pinoy hunks who got the most number of votes in the preliminary shall continue in our Final 50 Poll. Their votes will not be erased, it will carry over to our new poll.

We will start revealing the top 100 down to top 51 and afterwards we will trim our Top 50 to our final 15 as we get closer to find the sexiest man in the Philippines.
