Tokyo, Japan – Japanese rock band Versailles has been confirmed as a part of the lineup for KNOTFEST MEXICO 2026, the metal festival hosted by Slipknot, taking place on December 5 at Estadio Fray Nano in Mexico City. Joining established acts including Lamb of God, the band will bring their signature brand of melodic and symphonic metal to the stadium stage.

About Versailles
Versailles is a Japanese visual kei symphonic power metal band formed in Tokyo in 2007. Known for their distinctive fusion of symphonic and power metal, the band combines heavy yet highly melodic compositions with strong classical and neoclassical influences. Their music is characterized by intricate dual guitar work, dramatic arrangements, and a theatrical, operatic vocal style.
Blending the intensity of metal with the elegance of classical music, Versailles creates a unique sonic identity that is both powerful and majestic. Their work is also defined by a strong visual and conceptual aesthetic, expressed through elaborate presentation and a refined sense of theatricality.
