Luke Chiang Unveils Final Single ‘Say That!’

Following a powerful return to music earlier this year and the momentum of two viral singles, rising Taiwanese-American singer-songwriter Luke Chiang unveils his latest track, “say that!”, the final single off his upcoming debut LP slated for Q1 2026. The release arrives as another confident step forward for an artist who has steadily reintroduced himself after a two-year vocal hiatus, reconnecting with fans and reaching new audiences in the process. Fans can stream the newest single HERE.

“say that!” is an upbeat indie-pop heartbreak track that masks emotional tension beneath glossy R&B- and electronic-inspired harmonies, driven by an infectious melody that lingers long after the song ends. Balancing brightness with vulnerability, the track captures the emotional push and pull of walking away from someone you still love.

“say that!” follows the breakout momentum of Luke’s earlier singles, “terrible4u” and “what can i do?”, which are currently averaging a combined 750,000 weekly streamson Spotify. These releases made an immediate impact on regional streaming platforms, landing on numerous high-visibility playlists and introducing his music to new listeners across Southeast Asia and beyond. Since his return, Luke’s steady output and emotional honesty have clearly resonated, reaffirming his place in the contemporary pop and R&B landscape.

Luke Chiang has long found success on his own terms. Early tracks such as “May I Ask”, “Paragraphs”, and “Shouldn’t Be” quietly built a global following, anchored by his signature blend of R&B, soul, and modern pop sensibilities. Today, he boasts over 2.5 million monthly listeners on Spotify and recently ranked among the top 100 progressive R&B artists globally (Chartmetric). While his audience spans the world, his most passionate fanbase resides in Southeast Asia, with the region dominating his top listener rankings across platforms, including Indonesia (#2), the Philippines (#3), Malaysia (#4), Thailand (#6), Taiwan (#8), and Singapore (#10).

With “say that!” and a debut album on the horizon—featuring performances from HILLARI, Bren Joy, Jesse Barrera, and Albert Posis—Luke Chiang continues to build a career defined by patience, authenticity, and a deep emotional connection with listeners worldwide.
