September 12th, 2025 – Philippines — Fresh off his headline tour across Asia, breakout pop artist and multi-platinum producer elijah woods returns with an infectious new single, “Slicked Back Hair”, a chantable, buzz-worthy anthem that offers another exciting glimpse into his highly anticipated debut album, ‘Can We Talk?’, out October 14th. Fans can stream the new single HERE, watch the official video HERE, and pre-save the album HERE.

Equal parts playful and heartfelt, “Slicked Back Hair” is a feel-good anthem about growth, vulnerability, and lasting connection. After gaining momentum online through early teasers, the track became an instant fan-favourite during his summer tour—with crowds already singing every word before its official release.

The forthcoming record, ‘Can We Talk?’, marks a major milestone for elijah. After releasing five EPs and a string of viral singles over the past five years, he has carved out a remarkable path as a fully independent artist — amassing over 1 billion global streams, building a loyal fanbase of more than 5 million followers, and touring the world entirely on his own terms. This debut album encapsulates the intimacy, vulnerability, and emotional depth that define his songwriting, while leaning confidently into the clever, infectious pop sound that has fuelled his rise.

elijah woods just wrapped his second headline tour across Asia, igniting 12 cities on the ‘Give Me The Sunlight!’ tour—including sold-out shows in Taipei and Hong Kong, a marquee set at The Sounds Project in Jakarta, and standout performances at Japan’s iconic Summer Sonic Festival in Osaka and Tokyo. With major stops in Manila, Singapore, Bangkok, and more, the tour firmly established elijah as one of the most electrifying and fast-rising pop voices in the region.

In 2024, his rising prominence in Asia reached new heights—selling out his first Asia tour in May, opening for Niall Horan in Jakarta, and taking the stage at the Seoul Jazz Festival alongside Lauv, Jeremy Zucker, and JP Saxe. Today, Asia dominates his global streaming audience, with top markets including: #2 Indonesia, #3 Philippines, #5 Taiwan, #6 India, #8 Malaysia, #9 Thailand, and #11 Singapore.

Beyond the stage, elijah’s charisma and personal style are making waves in fashion. He recently graced the cover of Esquire Singapore and was featured in The Greatest Magazine, VMAN SEA, and NYLON Manila—with more coverage on the way.

With his highly anticipated debut album on the way, 2025 is shaping up to be elijah woods’ biggest year yet as he steps into a breakout year on the global stage.
