‘Dream Maker’ Alumnus Matt Cruz is ‘Down Bad’ for Live in New Single

Former “Dream Maker” contestant Matt Cruz is lovestruck in his new pop R&B single â€œDown Bad.”

“Tungkol ito sa mga taong sobrang in love na handang gawin ang lahat para mapansin at makuha ang atensyon ng taong gusto nila,” he said. 

Matt is thankful for his new beginning as a solo artist under ABS-CBN Music’s Old School Records label.

“Sobrang grateful at blessed sa mga nangyayari ngayon sa career ko and hindi ko ‘to magagawa lahat kundi dahil sa mga taong naniniwala sa akin,” he shared.

“Down Bad” was composed and produced by Kiko “Kikx” Salazar.

Matt started his career through appearing in various reality-survival shows including ABS-CBN’s “Dream Maker” where he became one of the finalists. He released his first single “Missin’” in 2022. His musical influences include Gary Valenciano and Chris Brown.
