CreaZion Studios & GMA Pictures’ â€˜Everything About My Wife’ Premieres in HK, Macau, and UAE this May 2025!

Starmo Admin May 4, 2025 3 minutes read

The romantic-comedy film Everything About My Wife, directed by award-winning filmmaker Real Florido and written by seasoned screenwriter Rona Co, will be showing for our kababayans in Hong Kong and Macau starting May 18, and in the UAE on May 23. Starring Jennylyn Mercado, Dennis Trillo, and Sam Milby!

Tell your OFW friends and family—continue to spread pag-ibigacross the globe and join Dom (Dennis Trillo) and Imo (Jennylyn Mercado) as they navigate the highs and lows of love and marriage. To recap: Dom and Imo started out as lovers and eventually got married, but seven years later, Dom finds himself unhappily married and desperate to escape. In a moment of panic, Dom turns to a notorious womanizer, Miguel (Sam Milby), and asks him to seduce his wife.

As Miguel and Imo grow closer, Dom realizes he\’s made the gravest mistake of his life—Miguel unexpectedly falls for Imo. Despite Miguel’s growing affection and friendship, Imo discovers the scheme and feels deeply betrayed. Heartbroken, she decides to give Dom what he wants: an end to their marriage. But just as they part ways, their love resurfaces. Will Imo forgive Dom?

The film adaptations from different countries earned both commercial success and critical acclaim, beginning with the 2008 Argentine original Un novio para mi mujer, a box office hit, and the 2012 South Korean remake All About My Wife, which became one of the highest-grossing Korean films of that year. Its enduring appeal lies in its universal themes of healing, forgiveness, and love’s capacity to restore broken relationships—resonating with audiences across cultures. While each version remains true to the emotional core of the story, what distinguishes them is the culturally distinct way each couple confronts and resolves their relationship struggles.

“At its core, Everything About My Wife is a story about second chances, reflection, and rediscovering love where you least expect it. We\’re proud to bring this funny & heartfelt movie to our global pinoy kababayans,” says RJ San Agustin, CEO of CreaZion Studios.
