One of the most shocking plot twists in “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo” occurred in last Wednesday’s (September 10) episode after Tanggol (Coco Martin) and Olivia (Chanda Romero) learned about the results of the controversial elections.
After leading over their opponents Miguelito (Jake Cuenca) and Roberto (Albert Martinez) in the initial tally of votes, the public was shocked to find out about the possible cheating that took place involving Tanggol and Olivia’s defeat for the mayor and vice-mayor positions, respectively.
It seems as if Roberto’s evil scheme worked out exactly as planned after he instructed his goons to rig the election results in their favor so that the Guerrero family can retain their power in Manila.
With their long-standing rift, the Guerreros and Montenegros are now gearing up for the biggest war between the two families as they go head-to-head in a bloody encounter.
Meanwhile, netizens were amused over Cherry Pie Picache and Chanda’s kidnapping scene that was under the guise of Olivia preparing lechon. An unconscious Marites (Cherry Pie) was placed inside an oven by Olivia in a last ditch effort by the latter to hide Marites from Ramon (Christopher De Leon).
