Go topped the survey held on May 1, 2025 with 3,000 respondents with a 42-percent rating, followed closely by Aquino with 41 percent.

Aquino experienced vast improvement from 33 percent rating in the first quarter of 2025, climbing from a tie for 3rd to 4th spots to solo 2nd behind Go.

Go topped the survey in the Visayas and Mindanao with 53 and 62 percent ratings, respectively, while Aquino led the National Capital Region (50 percent), North-Central Luzon (41 percent), and South Luzon (49 percent).

Aquino was third in the Visayas with 40 percent and 8th in Mindanao. Go, for his part, was 4th in NCR (35 percent), North-Central Luzon (32 percent), and South Luzon (31 percent).

If elected to the Senate, Aquino has pledged to expand the Free College Law—which he championed as its principal sponsor—to benefit more students and to push for guaranteed employment opportunities for Filipinos.
