SPOILER ALERT: The winners are revealed on this article!
A cross-border love story has won out regional dating show WINGMAN, with Filipino actor and model L.A. Aguinaldo, 33, and Thai actress Frayya, 23, crowned the “Winning Couple”. In today’s finale, the pair took home a S$20,000 cash prize after beating fellow finalist couple, Marco Gallo, 25, also a Filipino actor and model, and Singapore-based marketing director Yuki Chong, 25. The winners were decided in a final vote cast by the show’s contestants and finale guests Sherrin and Yixi, a content creator duo.

Meanwhile, Marco’s wingman Lorenzo Isip, 26, was voted “Winning Wingman”, earning a S$10,000 cash prize for having his Single’s back through the show’s challenges and twists.
Hosted by Mediacorp 987 personality Germaine Tan, WINGMAN brought together eight singles from across the region, each accompanied by a best friend – their “wingman” – to help them navigate the search for love. Across 12 episodes, wingmen competed in challenges to earn dating opportunities for their friends, before a mid-season twist opened the dating pool and gave the wingmen themselves the chance to pursue romantic connections.
L.A was drawn to Frayya from the outset, although theirs was not the only connection she explored in the villa – Frayya also went on dates with Tyler and Marco before her relationship with L.A began to take shape.
The journey was not all sunshine and rainbows: L.A’s jealousy during a dating challenge led to their first real disagreement and left Frayya in tears. But the pair worked through it, and candid conversations brought them closer. On subsequent dates, L.A confronted his fear of heights alongside Frayya, opened up about his parents’ separation and his hopes of one day building a family of his own, and even hand-wrote her a letter ending with a line in Thai: “Wherever there’s your smile, that’s my home.” Frayya later said she trusted him more than people she had known for years.
By the finale, both were clear that what they had found mattered more than the result itself. Even before the final vote, Frayya said she already felt like she was winning: “I’ll be walking out of here today with hopefully the love of my life.” L.A described meeting her as “priceless” and something that could never be replicated, while crediting their willingness to be vulnerable with each other for bringing them together.
Their relationship ultimately won the backing of the villa – and the S$20,000 prize for the winning couple.
Fellow finalists Yuki and Marco had one of the season’s more unexpected romantic journeys.

Yuki entered WINGMAN as Olivia’s wingman and was later voted into the Singles pool. She was the first to confess her feelings for Marco, telling him he was the only person in the villa who gave her butterflies – only for Marco to admit privately at the time that he did not feel the same way.
His feelings subsequently changed. After two dates, Marco came to describe Yuki as the person in the villa he could most see a future with, saying that meeting her reminded him that “there’s genuine kindness in people” and made him realise not everyone was trying to take advantage of him. He also singled out how real she was – calling it the quality he valued most in her – while those around him noticed a change too, with wingman Lorenzo remarking that it was the first time he had seen Marco truly open up to a woman.
By the finale, both were candid about wanting to give the relationship a chance beyond the show. “I want this to work out. Let’s see where fate brings us,” Yuki told Marco, adding that regardless of where they eventually end up, “I really like you a lot” – a sentiment she repeated to him in Italian, in a nod to his half-Italian heritage. Marco reciprocated the sentiment, adding, “At least what we had was real, and we hope it keeps going that way.”
For Lorenzo, 26, the finale brought hisWINGMAN journey full circle. He had entered the villa with a promise to Marco: to help his best friend open up again, build a relationship and find happiness. By the finale, Marco had done just that with Yuki – and Lorenzo’s support throughout the journey earned him the contestants’ votes as Winning Wingman, together with a S$10,000 cash prize.

But Lorenzo leaves with more than the title. After entering WINGMAN focused entirely on helping Marco, he unexpectedly developed a romantic connection with Frayya’s wingman, UL Ramita, 21. As he put it: “I was just happy to come to this show to help my friend – and to unexpectedly find the love of my life as well.” Reflecting on Marco’s journey, he added: “I just wanted to help him to be happy again – and I guess I did good.”
