SANJOS Market Langgam, a commercial affiliate of P.A. Properties, celebrated its sixth anniversary with a community-centered event that gathered administrators, tenants, and customers in a festive show of gratitude, unity, and partnership.
The anniversary celebration opened with a vibrant parade led by a marching band, bringing together administrators, tenants, and customers as it made its way through nearby communities. Candies were distributed along the route, spreading joy among residents, particularly families and children. The parade began at SANJOS Market Langgam and passed through P.A. Properties residential communities, including St. Joseph Village 9, St. Joseph Village 10, St. Joseph Ridgeview, as well as Barangays Langgam and Laram, before returning to the market.
Back at the market grounds, SANJOS Market distributed official merchandise such as aprons to its tenants as a gesture of appreciation for their continued partnership. Customers and tenants also enjoyed a free photo booth to commemorate the milestone. Select stalls offered limited-edition anniversary promotions, including free ice cream and complimentary upsize offers, while additional stalls were set up near the stage to enhance the overall customer experience.
The celebration was capped with a Thanksgiving Mass held on February 9, 2026, officiated by Rev. Fr. Reynaldo R. Reloj, in gratitude for the years of growth, support, and blessings received by SANJOS Market and its community.
