Introducing MND3GMA [man-di-rig-ma]. Electro-pop duo out of Toronto changing the face of pop music with their unique and genre bending sound. The multi-hyphenate duo; Jordan Alexander (actor [Gossip Girl], musician) and Sakina Garcia (model [Sutherland Models], dj, musician) bring a diverse world of creative influence to their music. Jordan’s background in making captivating pop hits like their 2019 summer smash Feels Right (Pride Remix) with Canadian pop icon Carly Rae Jepsen, gives MND3GMA the shine and melodic appeal of top 40 bangers. Sakina’s knowledge of underground house and electronic music provides an edgy and nuanced quality to their music. MND3GMA is at the precipice of the shift towards individuality and authenticity within the music industry. With music production from Taabu; Polaris Music and Juno Award winning record producer, MND3GMA is polished and ready to top the charts with their very first single Tayong Dalawa (the two of us) set to release June 2023.

Jordan Alexander lives and breathes music. MND3GMA is just one of their many musical endeavours. Moving to Toronto at 19 to pursue a music career, Jordan was embraced by the scene receiving support from Gerald Eaton (The Philosopher Kings) and flying to LA to record their first studio album (The Lonely Hearts Club). With the upcoming release of their sophomore album in late 2023, Jordan has just received approval by the Toronto Arts Council for the Black Arts Project grant to support the recording of the project. While enjoying the success from their breakout acting role as Julien Calloway (Gossip Girl 2021), Jordan is eager to get back to their first love; music.

Sakina Garcia left behind a successful acting and modelling career in the Philippines and made a harrowing journey across the world to start a new life in Toronto. Finding their footing in Toronto was not easy but Sakina’s ambition and undeniable talent quickly found them at Toronto’s top modelling agency (Sutherland Models). The intensity of being a newcomer to Canada did not shake Sakina’s passion for pursuing their dreams of creating art and music. Diving head first into the music scene, Sakina has now DJ’d around the city and found their musical match in Jordan Alexander. Beginning their first foray into songwriting and producing, Sakina’s unstoppable spirit lives in MND3GMA and in every creative project they touch.

Jordan and Sakina are passionate about supporting their communities, and prioritize working with creatives with a shared cultural background.

Tayong Dalawa (Official Music Video) tells the story of two space creatures seeking love and connection in a world far from their own. Regardless of their differences, they find their way back to each other, a theme deeply necessary in a world plagued by division.
