Andrea Torres Hopes to Work with Bea Alonzo in a Future Project
Legal Wives star Andrea Torres recently renewed her contract with GMA Artist Center and she revealed that she is a big fan of new Kapuso Bea Alonzo and if given a chance, she would love to work with her in an upcoming project.
During the blogcon for Andrea Torres after renewing her contract with GMA Artist Center, she shared that she’s looking forward to meeting Bea, soon.
“Never ko pa po siya na-meet in person so I can’t wait na siguro magkaroon siya ng guesting na nandun din ako or sana magkaroon kami ng project together. Hopefully soon.”
Andrea is thankful to GMA Artist Center for taking good care of her acting career.
“Naramdaman ko po yung pagiging family nila sa akin kasi ang daming mga times na kunwari hindi naman kasama na sa work pero nandyan pa rin sila for me bilang manager bilang, kumbaga, bilang friend. So di ko malilimutan ‘yung mga times na ‘yun na past working hours na or ‘yung problem ko wala nang kinalaman sa pagiging artista ko pero nandyan pa rin sila to help me,” she said.
Aside from playing the role of Dianne in the groundbreaking drama “Legal Wives,” which Andrea considers as a big blessing, the actress will also star in another “brave” series called “BetCin.”
In the upcoming girls love (GL) series, Andrea will be paired with Kylie Padilla and they will portray a popular lesbian couple Beth and Cindy who are on the verge of breaking up but decided to extend their relationship, at least in the eyes of their fans, because they’ve been nominated as a semifinalist in a #RelationshipGoals contest where the winner will win 10 million pesos.
“BetCin” will have 8 episodes and it will stream soon on WeTV and iflix in the following countries: Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Spain, and Portugal.
What are the roles that she would like to try in the future?
“Gusto ko pong ma-try maging superhero and a role na myterious, parang “Gone Girl.” ‘Yung parang may something, ‘yung lagi siyang nag-iisip, di ba di mo alam kung ano ang nasa loob ng isip niya. And gusto ko rin ma-try maging killer, medyo ‘yung ganung role. Di ko lang alam kung pwede ‘yun sa soap pero gusto ko ‘gusto ko ‘yung mga ganun, mga roles na medyo gray, na medyo dark,” she shared.
Aside from Bea, Andrea named the actors and actresses on her “wish list” that she’s hoping to get a chance to work with someday.
“Si Tom (Rodriguez) di ko pa siya naka-work. Si Alden (Richards), gusto ko siya maka-work sa isang project ulit kasi ‘yung nagawa po namin before ay fantaserye, parang feeling ko gusto ko siyang maka-work sa isang drama project. And John Lloyd (Cruz), of course.”
“Never ko pa pong naka-work ang mga best friends ko e, ay si Rochelle (Pangilinan) po pala naka work ko na pero si Max (Collins) hindi ko pa po siya naka-work. Si Jennylyn (Mercado) never ko pa rin naka-work. And si Carla (Abellana). Actually ‘nung isang beses lang na minessage ko si Carla sabi ko ‘Carla never pa tayo nagka-work, so iyon interesting din po siguro ‘yun na makapagsama kami,” she shared.
