Steffi Rose Aberasturi of Cebu Province leads the Top 15 in the Runway Challenge of Miss Universe Philippines 2021.

Steffi’s video entry featuring her strutting on the huge CCLEX bridge being constructed in Cebu as her runway stunned netizens and trended on social media. It was dubbed as the “Build Build Build” walk.
