BTS finally returned in the global music scene with another full-english track called “Butter.”
After more than a month of immense promotions, the world’s biggest boyband makes a comeback as their digital single “Butter” was released globally on Friday, May 21 at 1:00pm (KST) together with another exciting music video expected to break YouTube records as usual. In less than two hours after its release, the video already garnered a whopping 27,624,336 views!
The track was a collaboration with renowned songwriters Rob Grimaldi, Stephen Kirk, Ron Perry, Jenna Andrews, Alex Bilowitz, Sebastian Garcia, and BTS leader RM. It’s strength, according to Hybe Labels, are captivating intro base-line and refreshing synth sounds.
J-Hope, Suga, RM, Jimin, Jin, Jungkook, and Asian Heartthrobs Hall of Famer V each donned a fresh styling for the video intended to melt the hearts of all ARMY members around the world.
Catch the boys perform “Butter” at the upcoming 2021 Billboard Music Awards this May 24 where they are nominated in four categories: Top Social Artist, Duo/Group, Song Sales Artist, and Top Selling Song for “Dynamite.”
