Iya Villania reported on the Chika Minute segment of GMA’s primetime news program “24 Oras” that Alden Richards was named “Sexiest Man in the Philippines” for the year 2019, his second consecutive year winning the online poll being conducted by Starmometer and being participated by thousands of netizens.

In the survey, Asia’s Multimedia Star garnered 56.9% of the votes among the 10 finalists for the title (selection was based on the following criteria: 30% charm, 40% physique, and 30% popularity index or visibility in the last 12 months).

Other Kapuso stars who made it to the Top 10 are Dingdong Dantes (#4) and Derek Ramsay (#6).
