GMA Network Urges Mega Manila Viewers to Rescan Digital TV Box Now

GMA Network urges Mega Manila viewers to rescan their digital TV boxes immediately to continue watching and to find GMA and GMA News TV much faster when channel surfing.

To rescan, just follow these simple steps:

Press “Menu” and go to “Settings”
Under “Installation”, press “Factory Default” and enter the password on the dialogue box (for example: 0-0-0-0)
Select “YES” to confirm Factory Default
Choose “Auto Search” or “Auto Scan” then press “OK”
Wait for the auto scan to be completed or until “Search Completed” appears on the screen then press “OK” or “Exit”
Search for GMA and GMA News TV using the up and down buttons of the remote control

Cable and satellite subscribers do not need to rescan.

    I got an error when I re scan. E41 error.. no password showing.. i used 0000 and go on.. Gma and Gmatv is still working but 04june I cannot see GMA anymore… What can I do to have gMa back??

    We did the rescan before june 3, but still gma7 has no signal today. And then i scan today hoping to have a signal but it got worst the gma7 has lost. Please help to back the channel 7.
