India and Paraguay are the two ladies standing during the last part of Miss Grand International 2018 coronation night on Thursday, October 26, in Myanmar. When host Xian Lim announces that she wins the title, Miss Paraguay collapses on stage.

After a few minutes, Miss Paraguay gains consciousness and was able to wear the crown and had her winner’s walk.

Heavy favorite Miss India settled for 1st runner up while Indonesia won 2nd runner up. Completing the Top 5 are Puerto Rico (3rd runner up) and Japan (4th runner up).

Miss Philippines Eva Psychee Patalinjug failed to enter the Top 20 semifinals.
