‘Los Bastardos’ Legitimately Ruled Its Time Slot According to ABS-CBN

“Los Bastardos” steamed up afternoon television with a fast-paced pilot episode that explored the roots of the Cardinal family and filled with action, love, and romance, which brought it to the top of the nationwide TV ratings for its time slot with 15.2% vs. competition (11.5%).

Geoff Eigenmann, in a special role in the series, portrays a young Don Roman Cardinal as the told the story the family patriarch who has five sons from different women. Christine Reyes, also in a special role, played Don Roman’s first love, Soledad, whose tragic demise will spark the Don Roman’s quest for true love.

Netizens expressed on Twitter how they have missed both Geof and Christine. @jonquilprincez tweeted, “nakaka miss naman sina @Christine_Reyes at @Geoff_Eigenmann… love this Pilot Episode. @RSBDramaUnitNew congrats! Congrats din po Miss Vanessa PHR sa story mo po.”

Meanwhile, @FLOTPHI praised the production value of the show which intensified the nostalgic feels of the episode, “Lately ang hilig ng ABS-CBN sa wide shots ha. Tapos itong color grading ng Los Bastardos… doesn’t disappoint.”
