Mario Miranda Jr., a driver, and Bryan Duque, a cook, are the lucky winners of a house and lot units from ABS-CBN TVplus’ “Masganang Pa-Thank You” promo.

Miranda drives a jeepney and is a father of two from Talavera, Nueva Ecija.

He is close to his family, who are grateful to TVplus for improving their bonding experience and says that family gatherings are not complete without pancit, softdrinks, and watching their favorite TV shows with their TVplus.

The second winner, Duque, is a cook from Sta. Ana, Manila with two children. He considers himself blessed to have won the house and lot prize as his family has moved three times in two years, twice after a fire razed the house they were staying at. Rising from the second fire was more difficult as they had to stay at a barangay covered court after the incident. They recently moved again as the owner of the rooms they were renting had already reclaimed them.

Moving multiple times was a hard adjustment for the family, especially the children, but Duque is looking forward to the future. He said that at least now they have their own house from Lumina to go home to.

Another winner of a house and lot unit has already been drawn. Watch out for the announcement in the coming days.
