After 3 years, Derrick Monasterio will be paired anew with former screen partner Barbie Forteza in BG Productions’s romantic movie “Almost A Love Story.”

The two Kapuso stars who have worked together in TV projects such as Luna Blanca, Paroa: Ang Kuwento ni Mariposa, Anna Karenina, and The Half Sisters, flew to Italy last December for the filming of the said rom-com movie which was made specially for DerBie fans.

Forteza had a movie with Ken Chan last year and now with Derrick. Does it mean that Jak Roberto is next in line?

Directed by Louie Ignacio, “Almost a Love Story” is coming soon in cinemas nationwide.
