Kapamilya stars surprised avid fans in Pampanga and Bulacan with a series of fun events via ABS-CBN’s “Sorpresaya Truck,” attracting thousands of people.

Instead of fans flocking to shows in Metro Manila, Kapamilya stars visited supporters in the suburbs of Pulilan, Mabalacat, and Guiguinto for a more meaningful encounter with their loyal followers to thank them for their support.

The “Sorpresaya Truck” recorded its biggest crowd in Mabalacat, Pampanga where over 8,000 people witnessed “La Luna Sangre” stars Daniel Padilla, Kathryn Bernardo, and Richard Gutierrez perform song numbers.

Fans took to Twitter to share their excitement. User @edmiragrace21 expressed her happiness saying how the “Sorpresaya Truck” experience was worthwhile. “Sulit yung 7hrs na pagtayo at pagtiis sa init,” she tweeted.

Another Twitter user (@kathnielonlyyy) shared her admiration for Kathniel after seeing them in person at the event saying, “sobrang ganda at gwapo niyo!!! Mahal na mahal ko kayong dalawa.”

Fans also watched “It’s Showtime’s” Hashtags showcase an all-out dance performance, while lucky audience members got to ask personal questions to their favorite Kapamilya stars at the event.

Stars of “The Good Son,” “Asintado,” and “Sana Dalawa ang Puso Ko” on the other hand, bonded with fans in Pulilan and Guiguinto, Bulacan where they delighted the crowd with song performances.

Adding fun and kilig were members of the Hashtags who played games with select audience members.

Meanwhile, the “Sorpresaya Truck” also showed how much they care for the welfare of Kapamilyas by conducting various public service activities across all three events. The activities included were a job fair, livelihood program, storytelling sessions, and seminars touching on topics like parenting and disaster preparedness made possible by ABS-CBN’s Integrated News and Current Affairs.

On March 11 (Sunday), stars of the afternoon series “Hanggang Saan” including Arjo Atayde, Sue Ramirez, Maris Racal, Marlo Mortel, and Viveika Rayanes will visit Kapamilyas at Mariano Ponce National High School, Baliuag, Bulacan. “The Voice Teens” finalist Jeremy Glinoga and MOR DJ Jhai Ho will also bring fun in Baliuag.

Conceived last 2017, the network’s “Sorpresaya Truck” led by ABS-CBN TVplus, is a series of events that aims to directly deliver special and unforgettable Kapamilya experiences to Filipinos. Watch out for the next “Sorpresaya Truck” event coming to more areas outside Metro Manila.
