Miss Philippines Rachel Peters exudes elegance during the preliminary evening gown competition of Miss Universe 2017 at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas Nevada.

Rachel Peters wore a Golden Swarovski evening gown made by Val Taguba, the designer who also created her gown during the Binibining Pilipinas pageant earlier this year.

The Dubai-based Taguba was also responsible for the black wedding gown worn by Maja Salvador (as Ivy Aguas) in the hit soap opera “Wildflower.”
