Sarah Lahbati, Proud for Being Part of the Movie ‘Ang Pagsanib Kay Leah dela Cruz’

Singer/actress and celebrity mom Sarah Lahbati said during the advance screening of her horror movie “Ang Pagsanib Kay Leah dela Cruz” that she’s proud for being part of this Kamikazee production, the people behind the hit MMFF 2016 movie “Seklusyon.”

“I’m so nervous right now kasi pinanood ko yung movie last night and it feels so good after lahat ng pagod at hard work, ang ganda ng kinalabasan ng ginawa namin, I have to give props to Direk Katski, Direk Erik Matti and the entire cast and crew who worked so hard on this. Salamat kay Direk Erik for choosing me, super excited na ako mapanood ito ng mga tao,” she said.

Lahbati tagged their director as “genius.”

“When I was watching it I was studying all the scenes, ang pinakanapansin ko ang daming dinagdag ni Direk Katsky na detalye na wala sa script but of course the script was wonderful congratulations to our writer, kung walang script walang pelikula, walang kami. Of course when I finally saw the entire film, I felt so proud to be part of it kasi napakahusay ng director namin, napaka genius,” she said.

Directed by Katski Flores, “Ang Pagsanib” is a joint venture of Erik Matti and Dondon Monteverde of Reality Entertainment. Aside from Sarah who will play the role of a policewoman, the film also stars Shy Carlos as the girl in a small town afflicted by a mysterious condition being speculated as demon possession. Introducing in the film is dancing heartthrob Julian Trono who will play the love interest of Shy’s character Leah dela Cruz.

Rated R-13 without cuts by the MTRCB and graded “B” by the Cinema Evaluation Board, “Ang Pagsanib Kay Leah dela Cruz” is now showing in cinemas nationwide.
