Clash of Coaches Heats Up in ‘The Voice Teens’ Battle Rounds

Expect more witty banter and explosive tricks from “The Voice Teens” coaches Lea Salonga, Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo, and Sharon Cuneta as the competition intensifies in their final chance to get talented teen artists to complete their respective teams this Saturday (June 3), who will come face-to-face starting this Sunday (June 4) in the much-awaited battle rounds.

It will be an exciting weekend for viewers nationwide as they will witness a much tougher rivalry among the coaches, who are all eager to recruit the best artists in the final leg of the blind auditions in hopes of seizing the title in the first-ever teen edition of “The Voice” Philippines.

From her victory in the previous season, Coach Lea is determined to have a back-to-back win with her evident dedication to sharing her knowledge as an international Broadway superstar to her strong roster of teen artists.

Coach Sarah definitely came back fiercer this season, not holding back in putting up a fight and using her experience as a versatile performer to get the right artists who have the talent and star quality that will make her team win.

And although it is just her second season as a coach, the Megastar takes pride in her 40-year career as a singer-actress and stands out with her fun and amusing remarks, easily impressing and convincing artists to join her team.

Coach Bamboo continues to build a solid and unique team as he carefully chooses teen artists who have a distinctive sound that will bring Kamp Kawayan to the top.

As of now, Team Sarah is already complete with 14 talented artists. Meanwhile, Team Lea, Team Bamboo, and Team Sharon need one teen artist each to continue to the next round of the competition.

After the blind auditions, the fun and excitement is set to go up a notch as the battle rounds officially begins this Sunday. More explosive surprises are coming viewers’ way, because the coaches can already use the “steal,” giving other coaches a chance to steal artists not chosen by their original coach to continue in the competition.

Will the coaches be able to fulfill their promises to their teen artists? What will be their strategies to secure their win and nab the coveted title as the coach of the first-ever “The Voice Teens” champion?
