President Rodrigo Duterte fires back at Chelsea Clinton, which began when the former said he would absolve his soldiers of any future rapes under martial law.

The daughter of former US President Bill Clinton responded by tweeting a cryptic message “Not funny. Ever.” She then revealed her thoughts by tweeting:

President Duterte escalated the word war with Clinton by including in his recent speech at the 119th Anniversary of the Philippine Navy the following:

“Sabihin ko sa kanya [Chelsea Clinton], when your father, the President of the United States [Bill Clinton] then…was sc***ng Lewinsky and the girl there in White house. How did you feel? Did you slam your father? ” he said.
