Before rising as one of the funny and bubbly child star Awra, who was first seen in the hit primetime series “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” and is in the top-grossing film “The Super Parental Guardians,” had gone through many hardships in life. Watch his story this Saturday (Dec 10) in “MMK.”

At an early age, Awra or McNeal Briguela in real life, knew that he wanted to be like his idol Vice Ganda when would grow up. Even his parents believed that he could be an actor someday after seeing his gift in dancing, acting, and doing comedy. They have always been very supportive of his dreams and even his identity.

But his happy family was shaken by the unexpected departure of his mother, Marivic (Aleck Bovick). His father Oneal (Janus Del Prado) was very devastated about the situation and even began neglecting his duties as a father to Awra and his siblings. The sudden change affected Awra very much, since he grew up knowing that his father was a loving and understanding man.
