“Fill My Cup” talks about living life to the fullest and bravely making the most out of every opportunity. It was written and composed by Ayesa in collaboration with FWD Life Philippines to kick-start a passion revolution and assure Filipinos that everything will work out.

And for every request of the song on said radio stations, FWD Life Philippines will donate P50 to Sta. Rita Orphanage, a non-government organization that takes care of abandoned children.

Here are excerpts of Ayesa’s radio interview after he performed the passion anthem for the first time:

On the song “Fill My Cup”

“The song is about inspiring Filipinos to live life to the fullest. There are a lot of things that we are uncertain of, but we don’t let fear or worry bring us down. The song encourages you to just keep living life and pursuing passions because everything will work out.”

“Also, the song tells us to be confident and be ready to face whatever life throws at us. Remember, fortune favors the brave and we should always be prepared for tomorrow.”

On collaborating with FWD Life Philippines

“It was easy to find inspiration writing it because FWD’s message matched the very essence of this song. I have had my fair share of ups and downs and you never really know where life will take you. You just have to roll with the punches, and keep on doing what you love to do since at the end of the day, you’ll never go wrong with following your passion. And this is exactly what FWD wants to tell everyone. Their message strongly echoes my personal take on life that Fill My Cup could easily be my life’s soundtrack.”

On why FWD is his chosen life insurance

“FWD Group spans Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam. It is focused on creating fresh customer experiences, with easy-to-understand products, supported by leading digital technologies. Through this customer-led approach, FWD will achieve its vision to become the leading pan-Asian insurer that changes the way people feel about insurance.”

On what he wants people to feel/do when they hear his song

“We simply want them to feel good and positive when they hear the song. It is meant to inspire them–don’t give up, don’t worry; keep on going, continue living up your passions. And because we are all about enabling Filipinos to living life to the fullest, we especially want to give the opportunity to Filipino children that’s why for every request which the song gets, FWD will donate P50 to St. Rita Orphanage.”

Watch Mig Ayesa below as he invites everyone to request the song on Magic 89.9, K-Lite 103.5, and JAM 88.3. For every request made, FWD will donate P50 to St. Rita Orphanage so abandoned children can live their lives well:
