The video of President Rodrigo Duterte hitting the United States and the European Union anew on his speech at the Sulong Pilipinas Local Governance Series has gone viral.

In response to the US and EU’s criticisms on the way he handles the country’s problem on illegal drugs, the President said “Mr. Obama, you can go to hell. EU, better choose purgatory.” 

“Maniwala ka diyan sa Amerikano. They will not fight to die for us. Tanungin mo diyan ang military. Iyang war games war games, sila lang ang natututo diyan using our soldiers,” he added.
