Free Group Exercise Classes, Fitness Challenges and Nutrition Counseling in ‘Road to Bodycon 2016’

It’s never too late to start living healthy and keeping your body fit. You don’t need to be a fitness enthusiast or a body builder to go to the gym. Our Health teacher taught us in High School that exercise is important in our daily routine because it lowers the risk of some diseases. For example, working out to maintain a healthy weight decreases a person’s risk of developing type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure so going to the gym is highly recommended to everyone!

So why not kick-off your fitness goals for a healthy lifestyle via Gold’s Gym’s third “Road to BodyCon 2016” at Circuit Makati this Sunday, July 24, 2016. There you can try group exercise classes, fitness challenges and nutrition counseling for FREE! Plus Gold’s Gym is launching their new mobile app to help you track your progress.
