What do Bill Murray, Dennis Rodman, Lil John, Alice Cooper and Penny Marshall have in common? They all love to wear Loudmouth, the trendiest golf apparel and lifestyle wear which originated in California, USA.

Loudmouth is known as a cool apparel brand for men and women featuring lively colors in striking patterns on its designs. Aside from their vibrant pants, shorts, skirts, shirts and dresses, their line also includes belts, bags and other golf accessories.

So how did the brand started? In 2000, Scott “Woody” Woodworth, Founder and Chief Designing Officer wanted to make his golf excursions more interesting by dressing up. He then created a pair of powder blue pants with images of the Tazmanian Devil, Tweety Bird and Sylvester from the animated show “Looney Toons.” Since the design is an attention-grabber with the fun characters embossed in vibrant colors, it became a fashion statement.

Because his first pair of pants became talk of the town, Woody decided to make an apparel brand out of it with the coherent “playful” theme intact. Together with his business partners, the brand big and they were able to expand the business all over the globe from United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and Asia.

Aside from appearing in magazines, movies and television, Loudmouth gained even more mileage as popular athletes were spotted wearing the brand. They are two-time major winning golfer, John Daly, 28th world-ranked professional golfer, Pornaong Phatlum, 5th world-ranked darts player, Peter ‘Snakebite’ Wright, the USA men’s beach volleyball team in the 2012 London Olympics; and the Norwegian men’s curling team in the 2010 Vancouver Olympics & 2014 Sochi Olympics.

Because Loudmouth appeals to those who are tired of looking like everybody else, it has evolved from being a golf apparel into a lifestyle wear.

According to Larry “LJ” Jackson, Loudmouth Chief Executive Officer, “We don’t sell pants, we sell social interactions.”
