“The joining together of our two vast media networks will definitely expand the reach of Bilang Pilipino in providing the fastest and the most accurate information in the conduct and results of the 2016 elections. We want all Pinoys wherever they may be in the country and even abroad, to be in touch with the latest happenings as well as meaningful analysis of current developments related to Election 2016 in which we will decide on who is going to lead the country in the coming years,“ shared TV5 President and CEO Emmanuel Lorenzana.
RMN Chairman and President Eric Canoy for himself adds that, “We believe that with TV5’s nationwide reach, state-of-the-art technology and world-class news coverage, RMN, being the No. 1 Radio Network in the country, could continue and expand on our public service commitment to give the Filipino public the news and information that they would need as we have been doing so since we started in the 1960’s. Our mutual goal is to engage the Filipino voters and to make them fully informed with everything that they need to know about this momentous and highly anticipated national event.”
