Kapuso superstar Alden Richards has just won Best Drama Actor at the 29th Star Awards for TV for his performance in the GMA Network’s historical epicserye “Ilustrado.”

The “Kalye Serye” star bested 5 Kapamilya leading men and 1 veteran actor namely Daniel Padilla (Pangako Sa ‘Yo), Jericho Rosales (Bridges of Love), Eddie Garcia (Give Love On Christmas Presents The Gift Giver), Gerald Anderson (Nathaniel), Paulo Avelino (Bridges of Love), and Piolo Pascual (Hawak Kamay) in the said category.
