Jose Mari Chan holds the record of having two of the top-selling OPM albums by a Filipino recording artist of all time.
Based from the list of best-selling albums in the Philippines by the The Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI), Jose Mari Chan holds the distinction of having the no. 1 OPM album of all time by a Filipino artist. His album “Christmas In Our Hearts” which was released in 1990 has sold 800,000 copies and was certified 2 x Diamond. Chan also holds runner-up position with his 1989 release “Constant Change” which also sold around 800,000 copies but only reached single Diamond status.
