The hashtag #AlDubAgainstAllOdds conquered Twitter’s global trending terms on Saturday, August 22, with 2.1 million tweets while the Kapuso noontime show Eat Bulaga! is airing the phenomenal “Kalye Serye” featuring the forced wedding of Yaya Dub to Frankie Arinoli before Lola Nidora dies.

Eat Bulaga! is now the no. 1 TV program in Mega Manila because of the #AlDub love story.

    A lot of bashers are saying that Aldub has not proven anything yet as a loveteam. Statistically speaking, EB’s ratings in mega manila and nationwide skyrocketed ever since the introduction of the phenomenal loveteam, even tripling that of Showtime. Tweet-wise speaking, they beat more established loveteams such as kathniel and jadine by making history as the only loveteam that breached the 2 million tweets. Partida pa yan. Kasi 2 months pa lang sila. Let’s just wait and see in the coming months. So sino pa magsasabi diyan na ala pang napatunayan ang Aldub?

    i youtube mo rin kasi, ginaya ni lizquen yung eksena performance ni yaya dub sa eat bulaga! masyado kang panatiko ng abs hinde nag eexplore dyan kba nakatira sa abs? may remote ako at yung tv namin maraming channel. pati ata hininga ni noli de castro inuulam mo eh.

    Ginaya ng asap ung gma? Nanunuod ka ng asap kasi nakakabwisit ung katapat na show no.haha..halatang panuod ka ng asap bkit naman gagayahin ng asap si yaya dub nag dubsmash lang gaya agad..di ba pwedeng uso ngaun ito kahit sino gumagawa..well gudluck sa aldub..sana din magfocus ang gma sa ibang stars nila..no wonder nagsisialisan sila kasi pag sino lang sikat un at un lang..remember marian nung kasikatan nya lahat ng show ng gma sya lng…i love aldub its just that wala pa silang napatunayan sa career nila sikat sa twitter..cguro…pero national ratings ang agb at kantar waley parin eh..National ha hindi mega manila lang…

    There is a huge difference between KathNiel and Aldub. Kathniel is made by the network. Meaning, pinilit pakiligin ang mga tao. But Aldub is accidental. Hindi siya pilit kaya mas maraming netizens ang na hook sa Aldub. Yes, I agree na ilang taon na sa showbiz ang Kathniel kaya sikat sila, pero you must also admit the fact that Kathniel was not able to achieve the mega-popularity that Aldub gained in a month’s time. And also remember that APT, Tape, Eat Bulaga, and GMA Network are all backing up Aldub, malayo pa ang tatakbuhin ang career ng Aldub.

    Ang alam ko ung kathniel ilang taon na sa showbiz sikat parin ung aldub 2 months palng…napupuno ni daniel ung araneta..platinum album nya..hit movies..uhmmm..wala pang napapatunayan ung aldub..wag muna excited…lols..

    Between Alden and James, I’d choose Alden because at least he is more Filipino looking than James who only became popular because of his so called mestizo looks. Fact: half-breeds like James – malaki ang chances na ang mga puting nag-aasawa ng Asians ay BAKLA because through that, they can hide their identity. Mind, these so called white males marrying Asians couldn’t even get a decent partner that belongs to their race.

    Who are you kidding? Pangako Sa’Yo never even breached the 2 Million mark. So to say, that PSY has been tweeted 4.5Million times is a complete lie. Just accept the fact that Aldub is more popular with netizens than Kathniel.
