Xian Lim flaunts his well-toned physique in the 7th anniversary issue of Garage Magazine (August 2015).

The Kapamilya actor shared on his Instagram account (@xianlimm) on Monday the magazine cover and some outtakes. He thanked Gold’s Gym for helping him “reach this level of fitness.”

I wouldn’t be able to reach this level of fitness if it weren’t for these people who helped me👍 @goldsgymph bay area fitness coach @coach_brey naks! Haha…coach Edmond, coach Vince and coach JR…just keep on working, always push yourself harder and finish strong👌 remember its always 80% mental and 20% physical!
