Over 2 million worth of prizes are up for grabs in the country’s biggest “Clash of Clans” tournament, Smart Communications announced on Friday, July 24, 2015.

Dubbed as “Philippine Clash 2015,” Smart opened the registration for the gaming competition in partnership with the country’s biggest names in eSports, including the Philippine eSports Organization, Inquirer eSports, SM Cyberzone, and the Philippine Clash of Clans Battleground–the biggest online community of COC players in the country.

“After sending netizens abuzz with our big announcement last week, Smart is thrilled to officially open the registration for Philippine Clash 2015, and kick off the nationwide search for the country’s top COC team,” said Melissa Limcaoco, head of Smart’s Innovation and Product Development Group.

To join the competition, a clan must have five members, with each member maintaining a Town Hall Level 9 Village. Then register your clan at www.smart.com.ph/pages/PhilippineClash2015.

Each verified clans will compete in Qualifying Legs in the following areas:

Manila: August 2 at SM Light Residences
Southern Luzon: August 8 at SM Lipa
Vizayas: August 23 at SM City Cebu
Mindanao: September 5 at SM Lanang Premier Davao
Northern Luzon: September 18 at SM Baguio

The top two clans from each leg with the most number of trophies gained after a non-stop six hours of battling it out will automatically advance to the Philippine Clash 2015 Grand Finals to be held at SM Mall of Asia on September 26, 2015.

Representatives of Supercell–the Finland-based developer of “Clash of Clans”–as well as popular COC YouTube personalities Chief Pat and Galadon, will grace the final event.

The Philippine Clash 2015 Grand Champion will take home a whopping P500,000 cash prize! Plus each member of the winning clan will receive a brand new Samsung Galaxy S6 and Smart Bro Pocket Wifi.

Second and Third placers will take home P300,000 and P200,000 in cash, respectively, plus a Smart Bro Pocket Wifi for each members of their clan.

Aside from the tournament, a “Clash of Clans” Cosplay competition will be held which offers P5,000-worth of SM gift certificates to the winner in each Qualifier Leg and P70,000 cash prize to the winner in the Grand Finals.
