Twelve-year-old Jhoas Sumatra from Zamboanga City sang “Help” by the Beatles during the blind auditions of “The Voice Kids Philippines Season 2″ which aired on Sunday night, July 5, 2015. Coaches Lea Salonga and Bamboo turned their chairs for him. Jhoas also showcased his rapping skills.

Sarah Geronimo said “Versatile ka, flexible ka. Choose wisely!”

Bamboo said “Yung pagkanta mo pwede pa nating ayusin yan di ba? Pero yung nagustuhan ko yung puso, parang wala kang takot kapag kumakanta ka.”

Lea Salonga said “Ang maganda sa ‘yo wala kang takot.”

Jhoas picked the Broadway Diva to become his coach.
