In observance of the Holy Week season, ABS-CBN presents its special holy week programming block this Maundy Thursday (April 2), Good Friday (April 3), and Black Saturday (April 4).

ABS-CBN has beefed up its Holy Week programming with shows that will strengthen the Filipino faith and allow Filipinos to reflect during the Holy Week season. Timely episodes of “Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK),” enlightening episodes of “Superbook,” moving Star Cinema movies, heartwarming restored classics, and a marathon of the top-rating morning teleserye, “Oh My G” will be airing on the Kapamilya network.

Maundy Thursday will be packed with enriching shows including “Superbook” (10:30AM); “Stations of the Cross (Healing Eucharist)” (12NN); “Always One With You Part 1 (Moments with Father Jerry Nita Trofeo)” (2PM); “Kalbaryo 2015” (3PM); “Washing of the Feet (Healing Eucharist)” (5PM); “MMK: Piso” (6PM); “Ekstra” (7:30PM); and “Himala” (9:30PM).

On Good Friday, ABS-CBN’s programming features a string of inspiring shows such as “Superbook” (10:30AM); “Seven Last Words” (12NN); “Always One With You Part 2” (3PM); “Veneration of the Cross (Healing Eucharist)” (4PM); “Pope from the End of the World” (5PM); “MMK: Wedding Gown” (6PM); “Sa ‘Yo Lamang” (7:30PM); and “Tanging Yaman” (9:30PM).

Meanwhile, Black Saturday is all about bolstering one’s faith through the following shows: “Documentary on the Philippine Papal Visit” (9AM); “Superbook” (10:30AM); “Oh My G” marathon (12NN); “MMK” (6PM); “Way Back Home” (7:30PM); “It Takes A Man and a Woman” (9:30PM); and an “Easter Vigil (Healing Eucharist)” (11:30PM). O Shopping will still air during the Holy Week at 12MN.

ABS-CBN’s noontime program “It’s Showtime,” meanwhile, also brings inspiration by presenting the life stories of its most notable contestants, featuring their struggles and journey to fulfilling their dreams. Hosts Vice Ganda, Billy Crawford, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, and Karylle will portray “Stars on 45” champion Ricardo Marcial, “I Am PoGay” grand winner John Raspado, and “Pinasikat” contestants Anna Marie Garbo, Ricardo Cadavero, and Beverlyn Renoria in the special Lenten episodes from Monday to Wednesday (March 30 to April 1).
