TV5 Stars Spread #HappySaValentines Cheer in Bacolod and Dumaguete

After successfully spreading cheer and happiness to various barangays in Cebu and Davao with its back-to-back "HappyLipinas" events, TV5 brought Valentine’s Day bliss to Kapatids in Bacolod and Dumaguete over the weekend.

Last January 31 and February 7, Kapatid stars were warmly welcomed by both Cebuanos and Davaoenos during the first wave of “HappyLipinas” barangay tours in the regions, with some audiences reportedly coming from far-flung places just to catch a glance of and party with their favorite TV5 idols. Thousands of people filled the jampacked venue in Cebu and Davao, proving TV5’s growing presence in Visayas and Mindanao. The HappyLipinas fever was in full-throttle as the locals were once again introduced to the network’s newly-launched line-up of daily programs: Hi-5, Happy Wife Happy Life, Solved Na Solved, Healing Galing sa TV and Extreme Series: Kaya Mo Ba ‘To?, as well as its new weekend primetime program offerings: Call Me Papa Jack, Move It: Clash Of The Streetdancers, 2 ½ Daddies, and Mac & Chiz. In the end, the crowd not only got the chance to jam with their favorite Kapatid stars, but they also went home with various exciting prizes from the Happy Network.

Just this Valentine’s weekend (February 14), the happiness went full-throttle as TV5 brought another wave of “HappyLipinas” events which happened simultaneously in Bacolod and Dumaguete.

Ritz Azul personally delivered kilig and romance to Kapatids in the “HappyLipinas” event which happened in Barangay Poblacion, Dumaguete and Carl Guevara made the crowds to wild in another “HappyLipinas” tour in Barangay Pacanohoy, Bacolod City. Kapatids in Bacolod were also able to consult Healing Galing’s popular naturopathic expert, Dra. Edinell Calvario, about different illnesses and malaises. Moreover, the Happy Network also brought the steadfast public service of News5 and Alagang Kapatid Foundation as represented by Rescue5’s very own Paolo Bediones.

Capping the fun was TV5’s iconic “Happy Ball”, which literally bounced happiness to the crowds as the last person who touched it won exciting prizes from the Happy Network.
