Maturity and being a respectable human does not always depend on how old you are. In fact, most of the time, people; specifically children, are more reasonable and wise than their older counterparts.

Take for instance this viral video uploaded on Fanpage.it regarding how young boys react regarding violence against women at https://www.facebook.com/business/success/fanpage-it. Young boys from ages 7 – 11 years old were chosen and interviewed randomly wherein they were asked simple getting to know you question regarding their names, their age and the never ending question of “What do you want to be when you grow-up and why?”

Within this segment, a smile crosses their young innocent faces as they are presented with a beautiful young lady before them – Martina. With a little squirm, mixed with nervous and conscious state, they were asked the following: “What do you like about her?”

Boys will be boys as they honestly answered that they like her eyes, herhair, everything. Entertainingly, one of them even boldly said he would like to be her boyfriend. With such a pretty face before them, they didn’t also hesitate when they asked to caress. With that all of them gladly obliged by touching part of Martina’s covered arm and her beautiful face.

The fun of having to stand in front of such a beautiful visage and do requests such as making faces was easy for this kids but the interview turns sour when these boys are asked to hit Martina.

A beat, a look of embarrassment and a tinge of anger is seen on the boys’ face that eventually spells incredulous regarding what was being asked of them.

All boys refused to hit Martina, and you would be even be surprised with their answers: “You don’t hit a girl and I don’t want to,” “I don’t want to hurt her,” “Jesus doesn’t want us to hit others” “…because its bad.” “Why ’cause I’m a man,” “Because I’m against violence,” and there’s “First of all, I can’t hit her because she’s pretty and she’s a girl. As the saying goes “girls shouldn’t be hit, not even with a flower or a bouquet of flowers.”
