Derek Ramsay is starring in a TV5 comedy series this 2015 together with funny man Empoy called "Mac & Chiz."

After playing a superhero in “Kidlat,” a cop in “Undercover,” a seduced husband in “For Love or Money” and after hosting the second season of “The Amazing Race Philippines” and after winning Best Actor in the recently concluded Gabi ng Parangal of MMMF 2014 for his movie “English Only Please,” Derek is now trying comedy for a change. He will share the titular role with Empoy on the sitcom “Mac & Chiz” which is slated to air on TV5 this January.

Also starring in the new sitcom are Bianca King and Jojo Alejar.
