Derek Ramsay surprised the final 4 teams of "The Amazing Race Philippines Season 2" with the news that they will star on TV5's upcoming reality show "Extreme Challenge: Kaya Mo Ba 'To?"

The Amazing Race Philippines Season 2 will conclude this week on TV5 with special 1 hour episodes this Saturday and Sunday.
