Lloyd Montebon – WCOPA 2014 Junior Champion of the World (Video)
Another Filipino kid has conquered the World Championships of Performing Arts in Los Angeles, California! He is Lloyd Montebon from Mindanao and he recently won Junior Performer of the World and the prestigious Junior Champion of the World (overall) at the 2014 World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA).

I was with him at Hotel de Crissbel for the SPGleadership training and i was the Mc for the event and he sang 3 songs and he has a really nice voice

Kabayan, pde ba matuwa na lang tayo sa pagkapanalo ni Lloyd at nagbigay siya ng karangalan sa Pinas. Hwag na lang natin i compare sila. Hindi namn ata sinabi sa news na ito na mas magaling si Lloyd keysa kay Darren or vice verse. Kaya pde ba matuwa na lang tayo. Minsan kasi masyadong makitid ang utak ng mga pilipino. Hindi na man lang matuwa muna. Syempre, iba ang situation ng dalawang batang ito. Sa susunod na taon, pasalihin mo din si Darren sa WCOPA, pag manalo din siya, eh lahat tayo dapat matuwa at may karangalan din namn na nasungkit ang Pinoy. Simple lng nman atang isipin yun dba?

Sa mga bashers…world championship po ito. I don’t think those judges are not eligible enough. Wag mga mamaru ( nagmamarunong ) kung ala naman po tayo music backgrounds lalo na yong d man lang alam kaibahan ng sharps at flats.
We should be proud..world championship ang pinanaluhan ni Lloyd…si Darren is competing sa Pilipinas pa lang..kaya iyong mga bitter diyan tumahimik na lang..kala mo naman kung sinong magagaling.

to be honest. di sya magaling. yun lang.
it may not be perfect but it was the best among the contestants’ performance…congratulations…
out of tune in some parts. he did not hit the note/s right.
