NCAA March Madness Airs Live this Sunday on TV5

These are basketball games that are not to be missed as the NCAA March Madness comes to its penultimate games on TV5 and on PLDT Home Fibr this Sunday, April 6.

NCAA March Madness

The Final Four teams clash starting at 6AM (Manila time) from the AT&T Stadium in North Texas with top-seed Florida taking on a UConn and Kentucky clashing against Wisconsin in the 830AM game.

The only remaining top-seeded team, the Florida Gators, is the favorite to win after an impressive 30-game winning streak during the colleagiate season. Coach Billy Donovan has the team running well both in offense and defense. Meanwhile, second-year coach and NBA veteran Kevin Ollie has the UConn Huskies peaking at the right time in the tournament. It has the right combo of agile forwards teaming up with offensive magician Shabazz Napier and they hope to capture the national title they last won in 2011.

In the other match-up, the Wisconsin Badgers has finally given coach Bo Ryan his first trip to the Final Four and he will rely on Franck Kaminsky, who has been an offensive force and dubbed as the best player in the tournament so far. The Kentucky Wildcats, with four freshman starters led by Julius Randle and twins Andrew & Aaron Harrison, will hope to give coach John Calipari his second national title in three seasons.

The winners of the matchups will face each other for the national title on Tuesday, April 8. The game will also air live on TV5 starting at 9AM. This exciting hardcourt action will also be streamed to PLDT HOME Fibr subscribers through TVolution live and video-on-demand via marchmadness.pldthome.com.
