‘Bb. Pilipinas 2014: The Road to the Crown’ Airs on ABS-CBN this Sunday

Witness this year’s pageant candidates as they learn the ropes from none other than those who have already successfully gone down that same path, the reigning queens of last year’s competition.
The reigning queens offer guiding hands for this year’s candidates, holding workshops for them that feature the queens’ own talents that they had acquired during their own road to the crown. Three different workshops were held—one for make-up, another for dance, and yet another for the highly-anticipated question and answer portion.
The make-up workshop was spearheaded by Miss Universe Philippines 2013 Ariella Arida. To test the contestants’ skills, she even posed to them the challenge of completing a daytime make-up look within twenty minutes, which they were asked to transform into a nighttime make-up look with ten minutes.
Bb. Pilipinas Tourism 2013 Joanna Cindy Miranda and Bb. Pilipinas Supranational Mutya Johanna Datul, on the other hand, presented the dance workshop to the candidates, giving them the opportunity to let loose—but only the way beauty queens should do so.
The question and answer workshop was held during a bus ride to the Montemar Beach Club in Bagac, Bataan. Bb. Pilipinas International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago led the activity, which started with a simple word game during the trip.
Apart from the workshops, “Bb. Pilipinas 2014: The Road to the Crown” also features the candidates at the National Costume Competition, where they donned works from acclaimed local designers. This Sunday, stay tuned as the winner of the competition is finally announced.

its not about the network, its the determination of those ladies to win the battle for themselves and brought honor to the country, Venus Raj was the last PH reps in MU between GMA 7 and BPCI contract, but venus was hailed in ABS,also,when they got the contract for BPCI and ABS, twas started with Shamcey the PH bets for MU always on the top 5, on the other hand, Megan Young won the MW crown, between gma and cqgq, however, if remembered during the MWP – the airing was flopped as in very very flopped because of the failed transmission daw… well hindi natin alam. I believed only ABS has the best equipments to transmit, air and give the viewers a good entertainment as its best. – (just an opinion)
