Kuya Kim Tries Out Extreme Past Time Activities in ‘Matanglawin’

“Matanglawin” goes to the extreme this Sunday (Feb 9) as Kim Atienza dares to experience some of Filipinos' extreme past time activities, from skateboarding to bike palo, drumming, and anti-gravity yoga.

Watch Kuya Kim take it to the streets as he learns more about skateboards from Pinoy skateboard group We Legendary. What are the various tricks you can do with this popular board with wheels?

From skateboards, the Trivia King hops into a bike with a mallet on his hand to try the Bike Paolo. If you think polo is only done on horseback or in the pool, Bike Palo Philippines gives the famous sport a new twist.

The adrenaline rush continues to the beat of the drum played by Ravi and Renz. With the young age of eight, these two drummers have reflexes as quick as lightning and can make music that would make any rock band proud.

Meanwhile, Kuya Kim slows it down a bit by doing some yoga classes, but instead of doing it on the floor, he will do it while in the air via the anti-gravity yoga. This exercise is said to help one strengthen his/her spine and improve one’s flexibility and blood circulation. This unique yoga style is such a big hit even to celebrities like Angel Locsin, Toni Gonzaga, Shaina Magdayao, and Bea Alonzo.
