Yasmien Jurdi did experience carrying a baby in her womb once, and today, she felt it once again.

Enough reason for the Starstruck alumnae and now ‘Rhodora X’ star to breakdown in tears in front of the pregnant ladies here at Kaisahang Buhay Foundation, Inc. (KBFI) in Project 4, Quezon City, whom she chosen to celebrate her birthday with.

With Kurdi were Baby Ayesha, and her mother, Miriam, and a handful of press people who joined the simple celebration.

Kurdi sang with them and watched the soon-to-be young mothers sing a few musical numbers for the actress. It was the official celebration of her natal day, which was on January 25. She did not prepare a big celebration this year for lack of time as she’s busy taping her TV series.

Planned by the GMA Artist Center, the talent management arm of GMA Network, the celebration was an emotional one, with Kurdi sharing her experiences when she was still carrying her baby.

KBFI homes women impregnated by accident or those who do not have a partner to help them during their pregnancy. In this home, the women will be provided with assistance needed until they give birth. After that, the women will also be assisted in finding livelihood to sustain her family or if not, will be asked if they’d just allow the home to take care of the baby.
